Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

You must not use Caika to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic image content, including requests for nudity or sexual acts;
• child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or sexualized depictions of young-looking persons;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or intimate deepfakes;
• graphic sexual violence, extreme gore, or content that promotes abuse or exploitation;
• deceptive impersonation, harmful deepfakes, or content intended to defraud, harass, threaten, or discriminate; and
• content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other legal rights.

2. Illegal or harmful use

You may not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, spam, targeted harassment, threats, violent wrongdoing, or any other unlawful or harmful activity. Do not upload personal data or images without the required permission.

3. Moderation and enforcement

We screen prompts before generation and may moderate generated images, using automated systems and human review. We may deny or flag requests, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Attempts to bypass moderation or technical safeguards are prohibited.

4. Reports

Report suspected violations or illegal content to support@caika.app. Include the relevant Caika URL or generation identifier and enough information for us to investigate; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
